We want you to love your Power Mist, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused or gently used products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your Touchland products in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Receive Your Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
